We first contacted Georgina when we had decided to purchase an investment property in the Kingston foreshore area. While there was nothing available with our requirements at the time, she advised that there was an upcoming property that might be of interest. Georgina kept us informed, so that when the property was eventually listed, we were first to be notified and we subsequently arranged an inspection. As a result of our viewing and satisfaction that it perfectly met our needs, an offer was made on the day of inspection and the property was subsequently acquired the same day, after negotiation. Debbie can be relied on for an accurate assessment of price, largely based on a factual explanation of the suburb's sales, but also backed by years of experience and intuition. She does not overinflate expectations, does not push unnecessary advertising and the like, and explains her sales strategy in simple terms that just make sense. She gives good advice on what to do and what not to do, has contacts for everything and, when overs are made, maintains a calm manner that produces results. She is the reason we should all use real estate agents and not do these things on the cheap, or even worse, by ourselves. On top of all that, she is a very genuine person buyers and sellers warm to. Excellent professional service and tlc far beyond the call of duty. I always felt that whatever I needed to know she would be able to help, willingly and cheerfully.
She sold the house, which I love and am reluctant to leave, to people who will take care of it and she also sold it for a price above what I expected.

She was informative, decisive, and extremely patient
Debbie demonstrated in-depth understanding of the Campbell market which was invaluable to us as we were selling the property on behalf of a family member who lived in the suburb. Debbie was able to assist us getting the property ready and on the market swiftly. She was able to negotiate a sale just as fast. This wasn't an easy process for Debbie as she was dealing with us as an extended family. Communication and customer service was outstanding. I found Christine very approachable, full of knowledge with the sort of real and no BS personality that made my dealings with her so much less daunting. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I found myself thinking how refreshing it was to be dealing with an agent who had such class and really made me feel like she had the best interests of not only the owner of the house she was representing but me as the customer aswell.

Georgina provides excellent customer service, is knowledgeable and responsive. If you are thinking of buying or selling I can highly recommend Georgina for her sector knowledge and excellent customer service. We met Georgina in August 2019 when viewing an apartment in Kingston Foreshore. Our purchasing journey was lengthy, with lots of roadblocks and I'm sure I lost my cool sometimes. Throughout the journey from the first viewing to finally purchasing this apartment in March 2020 Georgina was level headed, professional, always enthusiastic and always prepared to go that extra mile.
