The role:
Working as part of our team to manage a portfolio;
Conducting routine inspections / open homes / final inspections as required
Maintenance and work orders;
Creating leasing and property management documents;
Liaising with clients;
Advertising rental properties;
Overall day to day management of a rental portfolio;
Arrears management;
Using our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me & Inspect Real Estate;
The successful candidate should have the following:
Have excellent customer service skills and experience
Be professionally presented
Be consistent and highly reliable
Property Management experience required
Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
Have strong attention to detail
An Australian driver's licence and reliable car
Real estate registration or licence required
