This role will include:
- Working as part of our experienced PM team to manage a portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections / ingoing inspections / final inspections
- Maintenance and work orders
- Creating leasing and property management documents
- Liaising with clients
- Advertising rental properties
- Overall day to day management of a rental portfolio
- Arrears management
- Using our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me, Inspection express & Inspect Real Estate.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and best practices
- Collaborating closely with our BDM and Leasing Consultant
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Have excellent customer service skills and experience
- Be professionally presented
- Be consistent and highly reliable
- Property Management experience required
- Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- An Australian driver's licence and reliable car
- Real estate registration or licence required
