While it has been a crazy and unprecedented world over the past 4 months, Blackshaw Real Estate has remained focussed on our clients, our community, and our business. We have used this time to embrace new technologies and connect with clients and friends on a deeper level. While the world was slowing down, our communication and connection were speeding up. We have made countless phone calls, enjoyed laughs and catch-ups with clients over FaceTime, and held informational webinars for investors right across Canberra and the surrounding region.
We also decided to use this time to focus on giving back to communities in need, communities that have persevered through some tougher times than many of us can even begin to imagine. Referring to our neighbours over the fence on the South Coast, we set our minds and our team onto the task of working with the local community in the Batemans Bay area, as they work hard at getting back on their feet and rebuilding this economy. As a result, on Friday 19 June, we officially welcomed a new team into the Blackshaw Family – Blackshaw Coastal.
Located in the heart of the bustling and picturesque township of Batemans Bay, Blackshaw Coastal extends our love of property and our passion for community to the residents of the South Coast region. Hosting a team of familiar faces to the area, our dedicated and humble Coast family includes established and experienced sales agents, support staff, and property management.
We have a number of clients right across Canberra that own investment properties or holiday homes across the South Coast, and many with family that still call the area home. This move allows us to further serve the needs of those clients, as well as giving new local clients in the South Coast region access to our Canberra network of buyers.
