Job Description

Blackshaw Tuggeranong are building their team and looking for a Leasing Consultant | Administrator to work as part of our experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal development and career growth in Real Estate. Our team is made up of sales agents, leasing consultant, PM accounts, administration and property managers.

The role will include:

Liaising with clients
Assisting with new business
Maintenance and work orders
General office administration duties
Manage enquiries and correspondence
Ingoing and condition reports as needed
Assisting the Property Management team
Reviewing / processing rental applications
Marketing and showing available properties
Conducting routine inspections / open homes
Creating leasing and property management documents
Weekend Availability is required
The successful candidate should have the following:

Be professionally presented
Have strong attention to detail
Be consistent and highly reliable
Clear and proactive communicator
An Australian driver's licence
Company provided motor vehicle during work hours
Have excellent customer service skills and experience
Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
Have a registration in Property Services / Real Estate Licence
